The clients who have come from outside the country or other cities should stay in Tehran at least until the first appointment with the surgeon made 7-10 days after rhinoplasty day and then return home following being trained to replace adhesive tape and other necessary issues. There is no problem to travel by plane at this time.
However if the patient is going to come back sooner, he/she must board a flight for at least 48-72 hours after rhinoplasty. The patient also should take essential drugs such as phenylephrine nasal drops which stop bleeding, as the nose might be bleeding due to changes in Atmospheric pressure
