Forming scar tissue growth (keloid) is really scarce. But the patients occasionally say that a keloid has grown inside their nose. Most of the times this thought cross the mind by virtue of taking carefully looks at the nose after rhinoplasty, rinsing inside the nose so he/she watches inferior turbinate of the nose and wrongly thinks it’s a keloid. the keloid is highly unlikely to develop after rhinoplasty.
