Dr. Ali Gharooni was born in Tehran. He attended sezavar and ostad nejatollahi primary schools in Tehran. After finishing middle school at mofid middle school and high school at Dr. hesabi high school, achieving a high rank continued his education in general medicine. Following graduation he spent the compulsory service for two years.
